I’m a Functional Health Consultant specializing in thyroid wellness and immune health. I help women reclaim energy, balance hormones, and take charge of their well-being through functional lab testing and holistic lifestyle strategies.

Having navigated my own autoimmune journey, I understand the frustration of unanswered health concerns. That’s why I’m dedicated to uncovering root causes and creating sustainable lifestyle shifts for lasting wellness.

My Journey to Becoming a Functional Health Consultant Started Back In 2018.... 

For years, I struggled with my own health—constant fatigue, brain fog, and digestive issues that seemed to have no explanation. As a nurse practitioner, I was familiar with the traditional medical system, but I couldn’t get the answers I needed. I was told everything was “normal,” but I knew something felt off.

The turning point came when I was eventually diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. Even with a diagnosis, I still felt lost and unsupported. I realized I had to take a more proactive approach to my health. My deep interest in holistic and lifestyle medicine led me to explore functional approaches—focusing on root cause strategies, nutrition, and lifestyle shifts that truly made a difference.

And EVERYTHING changed….

After years of ignoring symptoms, pushing through fatigue, brain fog, and digestive issues, I turned to functional medicine—and it changed everything. It wasn’t an overnight fix, but I learned my body wasn’t broken; it just needed the right support.

Functional lab testing revealed key imbalances—insulin resistance, food sensitivities, high stress, and inflammation—affecting my immune system and thyroid.

That was my “aha” moment. I went from feeling powerless to empowered, equipped with the tools to support my health.

From This Moment On, My Life Changed Forever

From that moment, everything changed. Instead of exhaustion and brain fog, I finally had clarity—and more importantly a PLAN.

By addressing root causes with personalized nutrition, lifestyle shifts, and targeted support, my energy returned, brain fog lifted, digestion improved, and my weight stabilized. For the first time in years, I felt like myself again.
